Woke Up In Deep Thought

I woke up this morning reflecting on 2019 & the first month of 2020. All that’s happened in that time. On January 1st getting a text that my classmate since 3rd grade, my friend, Angel Wiggins Reavis passed away, was an unexpected shock & I was so hurt, couldn’t do anything but cry at first.

Last year almost all of my close circle of friends lost a close loved one. My best friend lost her mother in June, my other best friend lost her mother-n-law, another friend unexpectedly lost her husband in December, an extended family member that I considered my aunt passed away in June. The year before last my long time best friend lost her mother-in-law. Found out other family members, classmates and people I grew up with or knew passed away recently as well. All of this, also brought sadness to my heart.

Last year many well known people left this world too soon. Kristoff St. John, Nipsy Hustle, John Singleton, Luke Perry, Tim Conway, James Ingram, John Witherspoon, Rep. Elijah Cummings & so many more.

Then January 26, 2020, the world was saddened by the untimely and tragic death of Kobe Bryant, his 13 year old daughter Gianna, & the other 7 people that lost their lives in the helicopter crash.

LIFE is a PRECIOUS GIFT. Time is valuable. The family & friends that you love are like priceless jewels. It should not take something bad to happen for you to be thankful that you wake up every day. You should always be thankful for life. It should not take something bad to happen for you to take the time to let people you care about know that you love them and care. Love should always be expressed.

Now I’m going to talk about something that so many people need to know about. Most of you share all kinds of craziness & challenges, but let’s see how many of you will actually not just like this post, but also read & share this post as well.

As we see the tragic helicopter crash took lives of all ages. So yes, children need life insurance too. I know personally, because in a few days it’ll be 21 years since I buried my own daughter. I have family members, close friends & personally know other people that’s experienced losing a child too.

So many people procrastinate & put off getting life insurance for themselves & their family. It’s sad that people will spend money buying name brand clothes, shoes, expensive cell phones, etc, but won’t invest in life insurance for themselves or their families.

So how many of you have life insurance to at least for your family to bury you? If nothing else you need to get that.

I’m getting ready to start educational webinars/calls to educate people on life insurance, so that even if a person doesn’t buy life insurance from me, they’ll still be educated enough to understand & make a decision on what insurance product is the right for them. This is something that is important to know, important to have, but is often neglected.
